This website is owned and operated by nanasadventures. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors a shop to buy the nanasadventure series children's books and a blog which will highlight good places to visit in the Uk and abroad with dogs and children. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

Who can use the website:

In order to use our website you must be at least 18 years of age or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into the Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Return and refund policy

• Books can not be cancelled once the order is completed.

• You can return a book within 14 days of receipt, provided the book is in a new, unread condition.

• The postage & packing costs of any returned books is the responsibility of the purchaser.

• If you return a book outside of the Returns Policy as set out above, we may accept the item (at our discretion) but make deductions, up to the value of the book to account for its reduced valve.

 

Retention of right to change offering

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the service or any features of the service we offer, or create limits for the service. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
